How much do the attorneys charge for their services?

It depends on the type and the complexities of the case. We do not charge anything for an initial consultation in a personal injury, negligence or wrongful death case. We only get paid in those cases after a recovery or settlement is obtained for you. Our fees for probate and trust estates are usually calculated on a percentage basis. This will be explained at the initial conference. Most other cases are handled on an hourly-rate basis.

When do you meet with clients?

Our attorneys meet with clients Monday through Friday during regular office hours. Usually, appointments are available in a timely manner. If you have an emergency, we will meet with you as soon as possible. In addition, we are available for home or hospital consultations if necessary.

Can your firm represent anyone charged with a crime or traffic violation?

No, because one of our attorneys is a Deputy Prosecutor which would create a conflict of interest.
